The Thermapen ONE is currently the fastest instant-read thermometer on the market, delivering a temperature reading in just one second. This makes it ideal for preparing foods such as steaks and baked goods, which can become overcooked in a matter of seconds.

The Thermapen ONE can be configured using the buttons located inside the battery compartment. Available settings include locking the display orientation, disabling the automatic shut-off function, selecting °C or °F, and choosing a display resolution of 1° or 0.1°.

The patented 360° auto-rotating display can be read from any angle and used comfortably in either hand. In low-light conditions, the cool-white backlight switches on automatically, ensuring a clear temperature reading in any environment.

Designed with busy chefs in mind, the Thermapen ONE features several intelligent display functions. The display automatically switches on or off when the probe is opened or closed and when the instrument is picked up or put down. This maximises battery life and saves time by eliminating the need to press additional buttons.

Maintaining a hygienic instant-read thermometer is essential for food businesses. The Thermapen ONE casing incorporates Polygiene BioMaster product protection, which helps reduce bacterial growth. This antimicrobial technology uses a silver-ion-based additive to protect against the proliferation of harmful microorganisms.

Products treated with the BioMaster additive have been shown to reduce food-related bacteria that may cause infections such as E. coli, salmonellosis and campylobacteriosis by up to 99.99%. Incorporated directly into the thermometer casing, BioMaster becomes an integral part of the product and provides long-lasting protection against the risk of cross-contamination.

The thermometer can also be washed safely, thanks to its IP67 water-resistance rating.

The Thermapen ONE features a stainless-steel measuring probe (Ø3.3 × 110 mm), which folds conveniently through 180° into the side of the instrument for safe storage.
