Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship to Lithuania, Latvia, other EU countries, and selected destinations worldwide. Available carriers, delivery times, and any free-shipping offers depend on your address and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, with labels and in the original packaging. Customers in the EU also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Email sales@balticfoodie.lt to start a return — please do not send parcels without approval. Once we approve and inspect the return, refunds are issued within 10 business days. Sale items, gift cards, perishables and custom goods cannot be returned. Full details are in our refund policy.

Who do I contact about an order?

Can I collect an order in person?

No. We are an online store only. Our registered address (Taikos g. 127, Paąžuolių k.) is not a shop and we cannot offer in-person pickup there.

How do I know how to care for a product?

Care depends on the material — always follow the instructions on the product page. As a rule of thumb, wooden boards should never be soaked or put in the dishwasher.
